In this workshop, you will get to know about one of the important ingredients – miso.
You will taste the different types of miso and learn how to apply it to your daily cooking not just making miso soup!
You also make your own miso in a small portion to bring back and mature.

About the workshop
It’s a small group session and you will get your own equipment to experience. It will be guided in Japanese or English.
It comes with a welcome drink and miso making recipe.
