Sake Pairing
In this workshop, first you will learn the variety of sake flavor and difference of sake making, then taste different types of sake.
Sake will be mainly from local breweries in Kanasai area, carefully selected by Kikyo Sushi’s owner.
You will also enjoy food paring with each sake.

About the workshop
It’s a small group session and you will get your own glasses and plates to taste. It will be guided in Japanese or English.
