Kyoto style sushi making

In this workshop, first you will know the history and cultural background of sushi. Then taste different types of vinegar which is the important elements for sushi. 
After that, you will enjoy making your own Kyoto style sushi (Chirashi-zushi and Oshi-zushi).

Soy sauce tasting

In this workshop you will get to know about soy sauce, the key seasoning for Japanese cuisine.
You will learn the variety of soy sauce flavor, then taste different types of soy sauce. 
A small soy sauce bottle is included as a souvenir.

Miso tasting and making

In this workshop, you will get to know about one of the important ingredients – miso.
You will taste the different types of miso and learn how to apply it to your daily cooking not just making miso soup!
You also make your own miso in a small portion to bring back home.
